Started using Odoo because I was interested in the level of integration between its modules that come together in one system. I subscribed to the personal version (1 account) to practice it directly on real needs. 

Process Study — Running Text Installation Project (Client)

Managing a physical project from start to finish in one integrated workflow in Odoo: 

  • Price Quote → 
  • Deal & Receive Down Payment → 
  • Part & Purchase Preparation → 
  • Execution → 
  • Installation → 
  • Remaining Down Payment Billing → 
  • Completed 

This process involves the Sales module (quotations & invoicing), Purchase/Inventory (part procurement), and Project (tracking work stages) that are interconnected.
